Shipping policy
Please keep in mind that we are a small mom/pop shop, not Amazon. Each hat is hand made to order and we usually have quite a few orders each day so please expect your order to be processed within 5-7 business days of purchase. Our business days are Monday-Friday. (I.E. - If you order on Friday after 5 PM, will be considered as Monday and will process 5-7 days from Monday) & upgraded shipping does not push your order to the front.
